You agree to use Council of Self for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all content you create and interact with on the platform. You may not use the service to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis. Payments are processed via PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

The Council of Self platform, including its design, code, and logo, are the property of Council of Self. Your personal data and generated session transcripts remain your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Council of Self is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the AI-generated responses provided by the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
